• Notifications are sent through Azure Notification Hub.
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
• We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app's profile section.

When you delete your account:

• All your personal information, media, and activities are permanently removed from our servers.
• This process is irreversible.

7. Children and Minors

West Golf may be used by minor members of Bodrum Golf Club who receive golf lessons.

• Parents or legal guardians should supervise the app usage of children under 13.
• The app never displays inappropriate content and filters all user comments to maintain a family-safe environment.

8. Data Retention

• We retain user data only for as long as the user's account remains active.
• Once an account is deleted, all related data is permanently erased from our systems.

9. Localization

• The app is available in 10 languages, with Turkish as the default interface language.
• Translations are provided to help users understand the app in their preferred language.

West Golf does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

The only external platforms used are:

• Microsoft Azure – for secure cloud storage and notifications.
• Azure acts as a data processor under strict confidentiality and security agreements.
